SkinTERM Consortium
We are proud to announce we are a SkinTERM partner!
The SkinTERM project is a collaboration of 5 companies and 6 universities from seven different countries that will guide 12 PhD candidates in order to create a new generation of entrepreneurial, multidisciplinary and intersectorially trained scientists.
The key goal of the project is the conversion of skin repair into skin regeneration, the mode by which skin heals perfectly without scars.
At MedSkin we are looking forward to working alongside our partners to innovate in this important space. We are also happy to be welcoming a full time PhD student who can make use of our laboratory facilities to expand their knowledge for this exciting initiative.
Our Head of Innovation, Development and Quality, Dr. Claudia Doberenz, said “We are really proud to be part of this excellent consortium and have the chance to work alongside prestigious partners on such an important topic to heal skin perfectly with no scars”
At MedSkin we have over 50 years’ experience in skin and tissue regeneration and have launched many successful medical devices with our partners to a global market.
We are looking forward to sharing our knowledge about skin regeneration and the successful translation of science into industry.
The SkinTERM project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Grant Agreement No. 955722. Find out more about the project here: https://skinterm.eu/
