Active Ingredients
Fucoidan algae-extract provides antioxidant activity to protect the skin from damageing effects of free radicals. Clinical studies show that fucoidan provides Anti-ageing activity through its capacity to increase the expression of the SIRT-1 protein1* and thus activate key anti-ageing mechanisms. Moreover it supports a healthy epidermal barrier and assist in the balancing of skin microbiome.1
Green algae stimulate collagen and hyaluronic acid synthesis2 and as such support with skin hydration.
Ectoin shows global and powerful protection efficacy & is a natural occurring amino acid derivate. Ectoin influences the stability and structure of water-water interactions, whereby neighboring biomolecules are surrounded by a protective shield of water. Further, cellular membranes are protected and stabilized, resulting in less oxidative stress for the cells.
*SIRT-1 is associated with genes that coordinate and optimize the functions of cells as they struggle to survive in stressful environments.

- Immediate (significant) increase in hydration.- Hydration in the area treated with Moisturizer + Serum Spray is significantly higher (+17%) compared to the area treated with Moisturizer alone.
